Crystal Palace return to Premier League action against Nottingham Forest at Selhurst Park on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 14:00 BST. Supporters have been advised to check the club’s matchday information before setting off, while a limited number of tickets remain available for the fixture. Season Ticket Holders who cannot attend can also make their seats available for resale, with Season Ticket+ Holders and Members able to purchase resold tickets when available.
Fans travelling by train should be aware that works affecting some services will impact journeys to Selhurst Station. The station will remain open, but alternative routes may be necessary, so supporters are encouraged to check the latest TfL information and allow extra time. The club has also reminded fans about upcoming ticket-transfer changes linked to new Premier League regulations for the 2026/27 season.
The Fanzone will return ahead of the match, opening at 11:00 BST. Palace are encouraging supporters to arrive early for the pre-match entertainment, food and drink options, and retail truck. All vendors in the area will operate on a cashless basis. Stadium turnstiles are due to open at 12:00, while supporters should download their tickets to a mobile wallet in advance and check that Season Ticket passes display the Forest fixture rather than an earlier match.
Only one bag per person is permitted, and it must be no larger than A4. Bags will be subject to security checks, while larger items can be left at the free bag-drop facility in the main car park. The facility opens three hours before kick-off and closes 45 minutes after the final whistle. Reprint stations at Entrances 4 and 9 will open two hours before kick-off for supporters who need replacement tickets.
Four power-bank stations are available at the stadium, with hire charged at £4 per hour up to a maximum of £20 for five hours. Palace have also confirmed that a matchday welfare team will be available, identifiable by lanyards and later baby-blue bibs. A welfare hub staffed by Mind in Croydon will operate near the corner of Park Road and Holmesdale Road, while Season Ticket Holders aged 16 and over can access 24/7 support through the Mind Over Match service.
The club has reiterated that discriminatory abuse, inappropriate chanting, violence and entering the pitch are criminal offences and can lead to bans or prosecution. Concerns can be reported to a steward, police officer or the confidential text service on 07507 477 669, with supporters asked to include details such as the type and location of the incident. Palace will also provide audio descriptive commentary across the stadium, with advance requests for commentary and Give Vision Headsets required at least two days before the match.
