Tyrick Mitchell has been voted Crystal Palace’s Temporal Player of the Month for September after making an excellent start to the 2026/27 campaign.
The Palace Academy graduate reached 250 appearances for the club during the month, marking the occasion with a clean sheet in the Eagles’ meeting with Leeds United at Elland Road. Mitchell also had a goal ruled out by VAR during that match.
Earlier in September, the defender produced the first two-goal game of his career in Palace’s 3-2 victory over Fulham at Craven Cottage. His opening goal was a notable near-post finish, helping establish an outstanding month for the 26-year-old.
Mitchell also contributed as Palace collected points against Leeds and Lech Poznań in the UEFA Europa League. The Eagles defeated the Polish champions 4-0, ending their 15-match sequence of scoring in away European fixtures.
His performances earned Mitchell 45.5% of the supporter vote. Quinten Timber finished second with 25.6%, while Yéremy Pino and Jørgen Strand Larsen received 11.7% and 11.6% respectively.
