Crystal Palace travel to Tottenham on Saturday, October 31, with the hosts facing a number of selection questions ahead of the 5.30pm GMT kick-off.
James Maddison is the main doubt after being withdrawn early in the second half of Tottenham’s 2-0 victory at Chelsea. The midfielder had played an important role in that result before appearing to suffer a groin problem. Tottenham’s head coach Roberto De Zerbi subsequently played down concerns over a serious injury, although Maddison’s availability for Palace remains uncertain.
Destiny Udogie could also return after missing the last two matches with a knee issue. Udogie was still experiencing pain before the win at Stamford Bridge, but De Zerbi indicated that the defender might be ready to feature against Palace. Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo are also considered close to a return, while Lucas Bergvall could be back in contention after a knee injury kept him out for around two weeks.
Tottenham are expected to be without Savio because of a muscular problem, with Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert remaining long-term absentees. Rodrigo Bentancur will serve the final match of his three-game suspension following his dismissal for a headbutt on Manchester United defender Luke Shaw.
The predicted Tottenham XI is Kinsky, Pedro Porro, Jan- Paul van Hecke, Micky van de Ven, Andy Robertson, Bruno Fernandes, Sandro Tonali, Conor Gallagher, Mohammed Kudus, Dominic Solanke and Mathys Tel. Maddison, Mudryk, Udogie, Adarabioyo and Bergvall are listed as doubts.
