Crystal Palace welcome Bristol City to Selhurst Park for a 12:30 BST kick-off on Saturday 3 October, with tickets still available for adults. All profits from ticket sales will go to the Palace for Life Foundation, supporting young people across South London, while supporters under 18 can attend free of charge. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Families can purchase up to 10 tickets in one transaction, with a group of two adults and two children able to attend from £15. Home supporters can use Blocks D-G in the Main Stand, while away fans have access to Block B. Tickets will be supplied either digitally or as PDFs, and supporters are encouraged to download them before travelling.

The club is preparing family-focused activities around the stadium, with entertainment available in the Fanzone outside the Main Stand from 10:30 BST. Younger supporters can also buy a burger, chips and a soft drink, or a Cumberland hotdog with a side and drink, for £5 throughout the match.

Selhurst Park turnstiles open at 10:30, two hours before kick-off. Palace supporters are advised to check Transport for London updates before setting off, although no train disruption is currently expected. The club shop will be open from 09:00 to 17:00, with the Club Shop trailer and Eagles Nest outlets also available. The Information Centre opens at 10:30, while ticket reprint facilities at Entrances 4 and 9 will operate from two hours before kick-off.

Only one bag per person is permitted, and it must not exceed A4 dimensions. Larger items can be left at the free bag-drop facility at the information point in the main car park, which opens three hours before the final whistle and closes 45 minutes after it. Bags may be searched, and items are left at the owner’s risk.

Audio-descriptive commentary is available throughout the stadium for visually impaired supporters. Palace also remind fans to report discriminatory behaviour or other abuse to a steward, police officer or the confidential text service on 07507 477 669, including the relevant stand, block, row and seat details where possible.
