Crystal Palace have made two changes to their starting lineup for this evening’s UEFA Europa League meeting with TSG Hoffenheim.

Quinten Timber returns in central midfield after missing four matches. Daichi Kamada is likely to move into a more advanced position, with Dwight McNeil dropping to the substitutes’ bench.

The other alteration comes on the right, where Anan Khalaili comes back into the XI in place of Óscar Mingueza, who is among the replacements.

The remainder of the side is unchanged from the team that lost at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, a match Palace played for most of the contest with 10 men.

There is also a notable inclusion among the substitutes, with young defender Nat Kalembo named in a competitive senior matchday squad for the first time. Kalembo celebrated his 16th birthday last week and was also included on the bench for Palace’s recent friendly against Bristol City.

Palace start with Dean Henderson, Chris Richards, Axel Disasi, Maxence Lacroix, Anan Khalaili, Quinten Timber, Adam Wharton, Tyrick Mitchell, Daichi Kamada, Yeremy Pino and Jean-Philippe Mateta. The substitutes are Daniel Benítez, Benetton, Ahanor, Óscar Mingueza, Nat Kalembo, Williams, Dwight McNeil, Osorio, Eddie Nketiah and Jørgen Strand Larsen.
