Crystal Palace’s tickets for the Europa League visit to Lyon have sold out, with a waiting list now available for supporters hoping to attend the club’s first European away fixture of the 2026/27 campaign.
Palace will face Olympique Lyonnais on Thursday, 15 October, with kick-off scheduled for 17:45 BST (18:45 local time). The match will take place at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, also known as the Groupama Stadium, with the club receiving an away allocation of just under 3,000 tickets.
Any tickets that become available will be offered to waiting-list members according to loyalty points. Tickets cost £22 across all age bands and are unreserved, although each one is assigned to a specific block. Supporters wishing to sit together are therefore advised to select the same block where possible. Delivery arrangements, either through print-at-home PDFs or collection in Lyon, will be confirmed later.
Palace has reminded supporters that tickets cannot be transferred without the club’s permission. Unauthorised transfers, or failing to use a ticket for the fixture, could affect eligibility for future European away games. Fans whose circumstances change should contact the Box Office promptly, while cancellation and refund requests must arrive by 17:30 BST on Monday, 12 October.
Wheelchair users will be located in block 21, away from the Palace support in the upper tier. Supporters who need to remain seated can request a £45 Category 1 ticket in block 12, which is in the home section, by contacting the Box Office. Personal assistant tickets must also be paid for.
Dedicated supporter flights are available through a number of packages for the Europa League campaign. The stadium is around eight miles from Lyon city centre, and Palace is working with local authorities and police on arrangements for transporting visiting supporters. Further travel details are expected in due course, with fans advised to await those updates before finalising their journey to the stadium.
