Crystal Palace supporters in Denver enjoyed a memorable Premier League Mornings Live weekend as the Eagles came from behind to beat Nottingham Forest 3-1. The event, the 13th edition of the Stateside gathering, was held at Denver Union Station, around 4,691 miles from Selhurst Park.
Hundreds of Palace fans arrived early on Sunday morning to watch the match together, with the team’s comeback providing a thrilling conclusion to the event. Pete the Eagle helped lead the celebrations, while supporters could pick up Palace giveaways including red and blue tote bags, flags and club merchandise.
The two-day gathering also featured a CPFC Trading Card photobooth. Fans were able to have their photographs placed into a trading-card-style design to take home and share as a memento of the weekend.
Palace legend Mark Bright hosted a special club-themed pub quiz on Saturday evening at the British Bulldog, a regular meeting place for the Colorado Palace supporters group. The event offered another opportunity for local Eagles fans to come together away from matchday.
A total of 13,000 people attended Premier League Mornings Live across the two days, underlining the scale of the support for the event and Palace’s growing community in the United States.
