Crystal Palace return to Premier League action against Ipswich Town on Saturday, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 BST at Selhurst Park. Supporters attending the fixture are being advised to check the club’s matchday information before setting off.

Tickets are now available only through the club’s resale platform, which opened to qualifying supporters on Monday, 7 September. Season Ticket Holders who cannot attend can make their seats available for resale, while Season Ticket+ Holders and Members can purchase resale tickets if any remain. All ticket holders should download their tickets to an iOS, Google or Android wallet in advance, and Season Ticket Holders should check that their digital pass displays Palace’s match against Ipswich rather than an earlier fixture.

Selhurst Park’s turnstiles will open at 13:00 BST, two hours before kick-off. New-style turnstiles are again being used in some areas of the stadium; fans with tickets in their digital wallets can tap their phone on the top of the screen at the entrance. Ticket reprint facilities will also open two hours before the match at Entrances 4 and 9.

There will be a normal matchday service at Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath, with additional trains calling at Selhurst. Palace are encouraging supporters to check Transport for London updates before travelling and to allow extra time. Bags must be no larger than A4, with one permitted per person, and all luggage may be searched. Larger items can be left at the free bag-drop facility at the information point in the main car park, which opens three hours before kick-off and closes 45 minutes after the final whistle.

Construction work on the Main Stand means there will be no Fanzone for this fixture, although supporters can head inside early for pre-match activities and entertainment. Matchday retail options include a new shop in the Main Stand, a temporary shop inside the Holmesdale Road Stand and a club shop trailer initially positioned at the corner of Holmesdale Road and Park Road. The main Club Shop will remain open as usual.

Four power-bank stations have been installed around the stadium. Use costs £4 per hour, up to a maximum of £20 for five hours, with unreturned units charged to the card used at the machine. Palace will also provide audio-descriptive commentary throughout the ground, while audio-descriptive commentary and Give Vision Headsets can be requested at least two days before the match and collected from the Information Point.

Supporters can receive matchday updates through the club’s WhatsApp Channel. Anyone witnessing discriminatory or antisocial behaviour should contact a steward or police officer, or text the club’s confidential reporting service on 07507 477 669, including details such as the type of incident and its location. Away supporters can consult the dedicated stadium guide.
