Crystal Palace Under-18s return to action at the Academy on Saturday when Reading visit for an 11:30 BST kick-off. Javier Alonso’s side will be aiming to turn their recent momentum into a third successive victory in all competitions.
Palace have won their last two matches, beating Leeds United 3-0 in the U18 Premier League Cup before producing an emphatic 6-2 result away to Ipswich Town last weekend. That Ipswich success also extended the Young Eagles’ unbeaten run to three matches.
Donte Martin was the standout performer in the latest victory, scoring a hat-trick as Palace secured all three goals of their victory margin. The Under-18s will now look to carry that attacking form into their meeting with Reading.
The game will be shown live on Palace TV+, with coverage beginning at 11:15 BST ahead of kick-off. The service offers selected live Academy matches, along with first-team friendlies and live first-team commentary during the season.
