Crystal Palace have opened bookings for official supporter travel packages ahead of the club’s first away match of this season’s UEFA Europa League campaign, with Olympique Lyonnais the destination.
Palace are scheduled to face the Ligue 1 side on Thursday, 15 October, with kick-off set for 17:45 BST (18:45 local time). The travel programme, delivered with Sportsworld, is designed to take supporters from London Gatwick to Lyon and back on the day of the match.
The dedicated trip will use a charter aircraft reserved for Palace fans. The outbound flight is scheduled to leave Gatwick at 09:00 BST and arrive in Lyon at 10:30 local time, followed by a coach transfer into the city centre. Supporters will then travel by coach to Parc Olympique Lyonnais for the fixture.
After the match, coaches will take the travelling group back to the airport. The return flight is scheduled to depart Lyon at 23:50 local time on Thursday and arrive at London Gatwick at 12:20 BST on Friday. The airport and flight times remain subject to slots, approvals and air-traffic-control confirmation.
The standard package costs £475 per person and includes return air travel, private coach transfers throughout the day and support from Sportsworld hosts. It does not include a match ticket.
A Premium option is priced at £675 per person. This includes the opportunity to purchase a Category 1 ticket directly from Palace, along with pre-match hospitality in Lyon featuring food, drinks and refreshments.
