Crystal Palace return to European action at Selhurst Park on Thursday, with Lech Poznan the visitors for a 20:00 BST kick-off. The club has published a matchday guide covering travel, entry arrangements, supporter safety and facilities around the stadium.

No train disruption is currently expected, although Palace anticipate a significant number of visiting supporters gathering around Norwood Junction before the match. Fans may therefore wish to consider using Selhurst or Thornton Heath stations, while checking the latest TfL information and allowing extra time for their journeys.

Tickets remain available from £25, subject to the requirement that buyers had a Palace account registered before Friday, 28th August. Supporters are encouraged to download their tickets to an iOS, Google or Android wallet before travelling. Season-ticket holders should also check that their digital pass displays the Lech Poznan fixture rather than an earlier match. Turnstiles will open at 18:00 BST, and reprint facilities will operate from two hours before kick-off at Entrances 4 and 9.

Only one bag per person is permitted, and it must be no larger than A4. Bags will be checked on arrival. Anything exceeding the permitted size must be left at the bag-drop facility in the main car park, where the information point will manage the service. It opens three hours before kick-off and closes 45 minutes after the final whistle; Palace state that the facility will be free for this fixture, although items remain at the owner’s risk.

Construction linked to the Main Stand redevelopment means there will be no Fanzone. The club is instead encouraging supporters to arrive early and go inside, where activities and entertainment will be available before the match. Audio-descriptive commentary and Give Vision Headsets can also be requested in advance for collection from the Information Point, with requests required at least two days before the game.

Palace have reiterated that discriminatory abuse, violence, inappropriate chanting and entering the pitch can lead to criminal action and club bans. Supporters can report concerns to a steward or police officer, email customer.service@cpfc.co.uk and inclusion@cpfc.co.uk, or use the confidential text service on 07507 477 669. Messages should include the nature and precise location of the incident, including stand, block, row and seat details where possible. The club is also recommending its WhatsApp Channel for live matchday updates.
