Crystal Palace welcome Liverpool to Selhurst Park on Sunday for a 14:00 GMT Premier League kick-off, with supporters urged to review the club's matchday guidance before setting off. Turnstiles will open at midday, while the stadium's Fanzone will be available from 11:00, offering live music, skills games, appearances from Pete and Alice the Eagle, food and drinks, and a retail truck. All vendors in the Fanzone will be cashless.

The club has warned that some Season Ticket Holders have seen their digital passes move into the “Expired Passes” section. Fans should check that their pass is saved in their phone wallet, is valid for Crystal Palace v Liverpool and does not display details from an earlier fixture. Palace's Digital Tickets FAQs explain how to update or un-expire a pass. All ticket holders are also encouraged to download their tickets in advance and arrive early; once stored in a digital wallet, a ticket will work at the turnstiles without an internet connection, although the phone must be switched on.

Limited tickets remain available, including resold tickets for Season Ticket+ Holders and Members where available. Supporters who cannot attend are reminded to use the club's resale process. Palace have also highlighted forthcoming changes to home-ticket purchasing and transfers ahead of new Premier League regulations for the 2026/27 season.

The fixture falls on Remembrance Sunday, with a lone bugler due to play The Last Post before kick-off during a minute's silence. Armed Forces members will lay wreaths, accompanied by a standard bearer. Palace's players will wear poppy-embroidered shirts, which will later be auctioned through BUDDS to raise money for the Royal British Legion. A separate half-time tribute will remember the seven people who died in the Croydon tram derailment in November 2016, ahead of the tenth anniversary of the tragedy.

Palace have reiterated that discriminatory chanting, violence and entering the pitch are criminal offences that can lead to convictions and banning orders. Supporters can report incidents to a steward or police officer, email customer.service@cpfc.co.uk and inclusion@cpfc.co.uk, or use the confidential text service on 07507 477 669. Messages should include the nature and location of the incident, including the stand, block, row and seat where possible. The club has also made welfare teams and a Mind in Croydon-supported welfare hub available for fans who need confidential support.

Only one bag no larger than A4 is permitted per person, and all bags may be searched. Larger items can be left free of charge at the bag drop in the main car park, which opens three hours before kick-off and closes 45 minutes after the final whistle. Supporters are asked not to bring large umbrellas. Reprint stations at Entrances 4 and 9 will open from 12:00, while power-bank hire points are available around the ground. Palace will provide audio-descriptive commentary, with requests for commentary and Give Vision headsets to be made at least two days in advance for collection from the Information Point. Fans are advised to check TfL before travelling, leave plenty of time and follow the club's WhatsApp Channel for matchday updates.
