Palace for Life’s Soccer Schools programme will return during the October half-term, offering young footballers the chance to improve their skills, make new friends and enjoy organised football sessions.
The programme is open to boys and girls aged between five and 14, with coaching groups divided between children aged 5-11 and players aged 11-14. Sessions have been designed by coaches from Palace for Life and Crystal Palace, with a focus on football development in a safe and supportive environment.
Participants can expect a mix of coaching, games and time on the ball, with the sessions intended to build confidence while keeping enjoyment at the heart of the experience. Palace for Life also says that players who stand out could progress to its Player Development Centres and potentially onto the Palace pathway, with opportunities to be identified by Crystal Palace Academy or Crystal Palace Women.
The Soccer Schools will run from Monday 19 October to Friday 30 October, between 09:00 and 16:00, at Kent County Cricket Club on Worsley Bridge Road in Beckenham. Two additional exclusive dates will take place at the Crystal Palace Academy.
Junior and Junior Gold Members are eligible for a 20 per cent discount on bookings. Palace for Life Soccer Schools are held during every school holiday, with full October dates, times and booking information available through the programme.
