Crystal Palace have announced changes to home-match ticket purchasing and transfers for the 2026/27 season following updated Premier League ticketing requirements. Every ticket sold must be registered to the supporter who will use it on matchday, meaning each attendee must have a free Palace ticketing account.

Season Ticket+ holders and Members will continue to be able to buy at least one ticket per Client Reference Number during their applicable sales phase, subject to match category and availability. During the initial sales phase, a Season Ticket+ holder may still buy a ticket for a guest, but it must be transferred to the eventual attendee at least 24 hours before kick-off. Additional tickets bought once the Guest Ticket phase opens must be assigned to the attending supporter at the time of purchase.

Any ticket that has not been transferred by the 24-hour deadline will be inactive and will not scan at the turnstiles. The ticket holder can visit the Box Office on matchday to provide their details and create a Palace account if necessary. Anyone attending alone will need the purchasing Season Ticket+ holder’s name, address and Client Reference Number.

Standard Season Ticket holders will be able to buy additional tickets for paid Members during the relevant sales phases, with the ticket allocated to the Member at the point of purchase. If sales reach the Guest Ticket phase, Season Ticket holders can buy for people on their Friends and Family list, while Members can purchase later-phase guest tickets for supporters listed in that section of their account.

Season Ticket+ holders can continue to transfer their season-ticket seat for individual matches to any supporter with a Palace account, regardless of Membership status, provided that person does not already have a ticket for the fixture. Standard Season Ticket holders, however, will only be able to transfer their seat to paid Members and cannot transfer it to another Season Ticket holder or anyone who already has a ticket assigned to their Client Reference Number.

Palace are also changing the timing of Ticket Resale. Season Ticket holders will be able to list their seats when a fixture first goes on sale, although those tickets will remain unavailable to other supporters until the scheduled resale date. Resale and returned tickets will initially be offered to Gold Members and Season Ticket+ holders before being released to other Members and Season Ticket holders. At resale, Season Ticket+ holders can buy one ticket under their own Client Reference Number and must transfer it to another supporter with a Palace account, while other Member categories can buy one ticket through the usual process. The attending supporter must be selected from the purchaser’s Friends and Family list at the point of sale and does not need to hold Membership.
