Crystal Palace's difficult run continued as Newcastle secured a 2-0 victory at Selhurst Park, extending the Eagles' winless sequence to four matches.
The result leaves Palace just one point outside the relegation zone, increasing the pressure surrounding manager Pierre Sage.
Palace were unable to prevent Newcastle from taking all three points on home soil, with the defeat adding further concern around the club's position in the league.
Sage now faces mounting pressure as Palace look to end their winless run and create distance between themselves and the relegation places.
