Crystal Palace supporters were given a memorable highlight at the latest Premier League Mornings Live event in Tampa, with the club’s first trophy taking centre stage at the two-day festival.
Held at the waterfront Armature Works venue in Florida, the event brought together thousands of fans for Premier League screenings and photographs with the silverware. Pete the Eagle added to the Palace presence, while supporters could also pick up club giveaways including red and blue tote bags and flags.
The festival offered more than football on screen. Families could enjoy a range of soccer activities, while club mascots, special guests and Premier League legends also featured across the event. The Premier League Trophy was among the attractions available to fans.
Tampa is the latest stop in a series of Premier League fan festivals held across the United States, following events in Chicago, Nashville, Washington D.C., New York, Boston, Austin, Miami Beach, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Orlando and Kansas City.
Palace’s connection with American supporters has also been strengthened by the club’s visits to the country in 2023, including time in Chicago, and during the 2024 pre-season tour. USMNT players Chris Richards and Matt Turner recently won the FA Cup with Palace, while Gregg Berhalter became the first Palace player to appear at a World Cup finals when he represented the United States in 2002. Selhurst Park has also featured in the filming of Ted Lasso, the television series centred on fictional club AFC Richmond.
