Crystal Palace will open ticket sales for the UEFA Europa League fixture away to Lyon at 10:00 BST on Wednesday 23 September. The match takes place on Thursday 15 October, with kick-off scheduled for 17:45 BST (18:45 local time) at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, also known as the Groupama Stadium.
Palace have been allocated just under 3,000 tickets for the club’s first European away fixture of the 2026/27 season. Sales will be conducted in seven stages, with one ticket available per client reference number and each phase dependent on remaining availability.
Season Ticket Holders and Members with at least 11,500 loyalty points can buy from 10:00 on Wednesday, followed by thresholds of 9,000 points at 12:00, 7,000 at 14:00 and 5,000 at 16:00. On Thursday 24 September, access will extend to supporters with 3,000 points at 10:00, Season Ticket+ Holders without a points requirement at 12:00, and all Season Ticket Holders and Members at 14:00. All stages are available through the club’s listed sales methods.
Tickets cost £22 across all age categories. Supporters requiring wheelchair access will be placed in block 21, away from the main Palace allocation in the upper tier. Those who need to remain seated can request a Category 1 ticket in block 12, located in the home section, at a cost of £45; these tickets must be purchased by calling the Box Office. Personal assistant tickets must also be paid for.
The club has advised supporters to purchase only if they are confident they can attend. Tickets cannot be transferred without Palace’s permission, while unused tickets may affect eligibility for future European fixtures. Cancellation and refund requests must reach the Box Office by 17:30 BST on Monday 12 October. Delivery will be either by print-at-home PDF or collection in Lyon, with the method to be confirmed.
Palace are working with local authorities and police on arrangements for transporting visiting supporters to and from the stadium, which is around eight miles from Lyon city centre. Supporters have been asked to wait for further travel information before making arrangements for the journey to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais. Dedicated supporter flight packages are also available for the Europa League campaign.
